1. How Much Does the Service Cost?
   We have several options starting as low as $2 a month for an incoming phone number and a pay-as-you-go per minute long distance plan to our unlimited VoIP calling to the U.S. & Canada and to any phone around the world on our network for $22.95 per month. These services can replace your home, office lines as well used in reducing your mobile costs.
2. How much does it cost for international calls?
   International calls within our global network are always FREE. If you are in the U.S. and your 'mom' is in Mexico, if both of you are on our network, there's NO cost for either of you! If your 'mom' isn't on our network, you get low competitive VoIP rates.
3. How can I save money using the GiCell phone?
   Our GiCell phone is a dual-mode, half VoIP and half cellular phone. You have the option when you are in a WiFi area of running the call across the internet via VoIP or the GPRS network on your cell sim card. You are NOT charged 'cell' minutes for those calls! You can even use the VoIP side of your GiCell on a commercial aircraft flight - because you aren't giving out a 'cell' signal! Mobile VoIP is where all of the new communication technology is heading.
4. Can I keep my same phone number?
   Yes, simply fill out the LOA form and your phone number will be transferred over to our service - either home or mobile.
5. Do I have 911 services on your network?
   Yes, you will have the 911 services.
6. I live outside the U.S. - Will the GiCell phone work there?
   As in the U.S. the phone works on any WiFi signal or hotspot around the world plus the GPRS signal on a GSM sim card. Just purchase a sim card locally that has the GPRS data line on it and you're good to go anywhere you can receive that signal! The GSM network is used in every country in the world.
